Example: I had a raised panel wood cabinet door model which was a single part and it will drive you mad trying to place labels on it to get the wood grain looking correct. Now you can color(texture) all faces without rebuilding your model, although now you have a much larger file. My solution.buy Moi and separate all the parts to surfaces. Unfortunately that was not the way I had modeled most of my stuff. If every little face or surface in your forklift is a separate Alibre part then you won't have a problem coloring it up the way you want it.
When you export an Alibre assembly as a bip file and open it with Keyshot only the individual parts of the assembly can be given separate textures or colors.
